The clutch springs are the small springs located in the performance clutch. Each color  represents the tension on the spring, and is defined as follows:
blue = slightly stronger than factory
yellow = medium tension
red = very stiff
The stiffer the spring, it takes more rpm for the clutch to open and grab the clutch bell. The yellow spring with the performance clutch is recommended.
