Scooter Performance Parts For GY6 Engines
This is my custom Bashan 150cc, I have completely modified the scooter, it has been stretched 7" and lowered 1.5". I have installed a Velocita 180cc big bore kit, Velocita A9 camshaft, NCY 2mm stroker crankshaft, Velocita 30mm carburetor, K&N air filter, 140 main jet, Velocita performance clutch with 1500rpm springs, 1500rpm main spring, Velocita chromed clutch bell, Velocita Teflon Coated variator, with 12grm rollers. I also installed a Velocita no rev CDI, Velocita coil, and Iridium spark plug. I have a Velocita performance exhaust pipe that I cut down to a "shorty" I insalled the nice round bar end mirrors, on the NCY drag bars. I used the NCY handle bar clamp and then machined 3" aluminum risers. I am also using the NCY anodized aluminum throttle housing. The seat we custom covered as well. We fabricated the extended engine mounting bracket to accommodate the dual NCY nitrogen shocks. L.E.D blinkers and tail light were also installed. The motor is now 198cc
